Movement Challenge provides coaching and mentorship services, not physical products. As such:

• You may cancel your coaching program at any time.
• A one-off $99 sign-up fee applies when you begin a program and is non-refundable, as it covers onboarding and setup of your personalised plan.
• Beyond the sign-up fee, no refunds are provided for any coaching period already commenced; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
• If you believe there has been an error in billing, or wish to discuss your circumstances, please contact us at yourmovementchallenge@gmail.com and we will consider requests on a reasonable basis.
