Return Policy
Movement Challenge provides coaching and mentorship services, not physical products. As such:
- You may cancel your coaching program by giving us 2 weeks' written notice, as programs are written and adjusted on a fortnightly basis.
- A one-off $99 start-up fee applies when you begin a program and is non-refundable, as it covers onboarding and setup of your personalised plan.
- Beyond the start-up fee, no refunds are provided for any coaching period already commenced; cancellation stops future billing once the 2-week notice period has elapsed, but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
- If you believe there has been an error in billing, or wish to discuss your circumstances, please contact us at yourmovementchallenge@gmail.com and we will consider requests on a reasonable basis.
