This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit www.yourmovementchallenge.com, enter our promotions or giveaways, or engage our coaching and mentorship services (the "Services").

We collect entry and client information, including:

• Name, email address, and Instagram handle (when you enter a giveaway or competition)
• Age or date of birth confirmation (to verify eligibility)
• Health and fitness information such as your goals, calorie and macronutrient targets, exercise history, and check-in progress (if you become a coaching client)

We collect this information using our website (hosted on Squarespace), our giveaway/competition platform Gleam, cookies, log files, web beacons and pixels, and direct communication with you (e.g. check-ins, forms, email).

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your information to run and administer giveaways and competitions, including contacting winners; deliver coaching services, including personalised exercise plans, calorie/macro goals, and fortnightly check-ins; communicate with you about your entry, your program, or your account; provide marketing updates and promotional content (with your consent); improve our Site and Services; and screen for fraud or ineligible entries.

Health and fitness information is only used to deliver and personalise your coaching program, and is not used for advertising purposes.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We use Gleam to run our giveaways and competitions, including collecting entrant names and emails. You can read Gleam's privacy policy here.

We use email marketing platform/s to send marketing communications to our subscriber list. Details of the specific platform(s) used, and links to their privacy policies, will be added here once selected.

We may use tools like Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. You can opt out here.

We may share your data with Meta/Instagram where required to administer a giveaway run on that platform, or to comply with laws, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Behavioural Advertising

We may use your information for targeted advertising on social platforms. You can opt out via Facebook/Instagram Ad Settings or Google Ad Settings.

5. Marketing Communications

If you enter a giveaway or provide your email, you may be added to our marketing list with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

6. Your Rights (Australia)

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, ask us to delete your data, withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time, or file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been breached.
